While doing a search about the real estate in Dubai, I came upon an article that real estate boom in Dubai in ending. Agents says that rocky real estate Dubai sales is collapsing due to the global economic crisis.
I notice that this is somehow true as there are properties listed in our websites that have zero premium. It means that property owners are selling their off-plan properties on the secondary market knowing that they have profited nothing on it. I also noticed that after I came back from my vacation, properties that are in the market are reducing their prices.
